Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the Questions Bronx Carpet Cleaner Receives the Most

What cities in New Jersey do you serve?

We provide professional cleaning services to all New Jersey cities, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas. We dispatch our professional techniques to all locations in New Jersey and offer service to both residential and commercial areas.

Are you insured?

Yes, as a professional and upstanding company, we come fully insured and with full bonding for all our services.

What kinds of specialty cleaning services do you provide?

Other than professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services, we also provide flood and water damage, tile and grout cleaning, mattress cleaning, mold removal, deodorizing, and cleaning and repair service for Oriental rugs.

How long does it take for my carpets to dry completely?

Typically it takes between six to 24 hours for your carpet to dry after a professional cleaning treatment, although dry times vary due to temperature, humidity, and air circulation of the room. Also, allow more time for carpets treated with Scotchguard.

When can I walk on my carpet again?

We ask you to avoid your freshly cleaned carpet completely for up to two hours following the cleaning service. After a two hour period, feel free to lightly use your carpet by wearing white, cotton socks (avoid bare feet and colored socks as they might leave oil and colored stains).

Where do you clean my area rug?

We take your rug to our off-premise rug cleaning facility where we perform both cleaning and repair treatments. Here, we manipulate the environment to suit your rug and yield the best clean.

What types of rugs do you clean?

We clean every rug under the sun. Our experts clean Oriental, Turkish, and Persian rugs; silk, wool, cotton, and synthetic rugs; hand-made and machine-made; and antique and modern styles.

What kind of upholstery do you clean?

We clean all types of upholstery and styles of furniture. We individually treat leather, suede, cotton, micro fiber and wool. We clean couches, love seats, sofas, arm chairs, dinning chairs, and, even, slip covers.

How long does it take for my furniture to dry?

Typically it takes about six to eight hours for your newly cleaned furniture to dry completely. However, we suggest that you remain off of your piece for up 24 hours for best results.
